NovAir LLC – history – Atlantis Holding member company has set up the aviation business back in 1999 in Armenia. In 2000-2003 has been operating charter flights to CIS cities, and in 2015 has commenced code share cooperation with “Austrian Airlines” and “Czech Airlines” until 2018. There was charter flights operation on ACMI basis with FlyOne (from Chisinau to European destinations) and with Ellinair (from Thessaloniki to Moscow and domestic flights in Greece). In 2016 (100% shares ) owned by Atlantis Holding were sold to UniBank for which sales agreement was concluded and then finalized in 2018.
NovAir LLC has been established by Atlantis Holding in Armenia. The Airline has been assigned by IATA – IATA Designator and Accounting codes. An assignment of Designator Code has been made by ICAO. NovAir will be developing the domestic aviation, operating daily scheduled flights from “Zvartnots” International Airport, Armenia to “Syuniq” Airport, Armenia. In addition to the domestic flights, the airline will be distributing other services, such as: Charter Flights, A-La-Carte services.

The company’s plans listed – to obtain A320 aircrafts to commence flights to EU member state cities and CIS cities during 2021 Summer schedule.
